3-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
We accept returns/exchanges for the following reasons:

Wrong product delivered
Damaged or defective item
Size or color issue
Product not as described

To qualify, products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

Products Eligible for Return/Exchange

Most products are eligible except:

Used or damaged by customer
Items missing packaging or accessories
Perfumes that have been opened
Jewelry that has been worn
Customized or special-order items

Order number
Product name
Reason for return/exchange
Unboxing video (optional but recommended for damage claims)

Return/Exchange Process

Share your complaint with us.
Our team will review it within 24 hours.
You will receive approval and further instructions.
Ship the product back to us OR exchange will be arranged.
Once checked, we will process your refund or send your replacement.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued through one of the following:

Bank transfer
Easypaisa / JazzCash
Store credit (on customer request)

Refund time: 2–4 working days after product inspection.

Return Shipping Charges

If the product is wrong, damaged, or defective → Aale Sadaat covers the return shipping cost.
If the customer wants to return/exchange due to personal preference (size, color, style change) → Customer pays return shipping.
